This website is a photography portfolio. If you contact us by email, your name, email address and the information you provide are processed solely to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to take steps requested before entering into a contract. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR and, where applicable, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries).

3. Retention and recipients

Enquiry data is retained only for as long as necessary to deal with the enquiry and to meet applicable legal obligations. It is not sold or used for advertising. Personal data is shared only where necessary for website hosting, email delivery or legal compliance.

4. Hosting and technical data

The website is hosted through GitHub Pages. When you access the website, technical information such as IP address, browser information and access logs may be processed by the hosting provider to deliver and secure the service. Please also refer to the hosting provider’s privacy information.

5. Cookies and analytics

This website does not use cookies, analytics tools, advertising pixels or other tracking technologies. If these are introduced in the future, this policy will be updated and, where required, consent will be requested before non-essential technologies are used.
